Our Team

Owner & Director, Jennifer Rosoff

Jennifer graduated in 2007 from The University of Tampa with a B.A. in Communication and a focus in Dance and Marketing. Just a few years after graduating she started The Creative Movement Company, in 2011. Through her business she focuses on making movement accessible to all, putting together artistic events, and creating successful after school and summer camp programming to combine arts and academics. She creates curriculum and provides dance classes to under-served populations such trauma survivors, at-risk youth, patients in healthcare settings, caregivers, and individuals with physical disabilities and special needs. Jennifer teaches all ages from toddlers to seniors in a variety of classes including: Zumba, Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Improv, Creative Movement, Hip Hop, and other dances from around the world. Her accomplishments include being grant recipient of Emily’s List for her work with violence survivors and for her work throughout the Tampa Bay community, and organizing annual National Dance Day Events for seven years in a row.

In addition to her dance business she has taken a position at Pepin Academies-Pasco to teach dance full time to children with learning and learning related disabilities! She values the opportunity to be a positive role model and to spend each day with laughter and kindness. As her college professor and dance mentor always said, “Do It With Love.”

Dance Instructor, Orlando L. Izquierdo Jr.

Orlando is a life time dancer. He has been moving and grooving since he was born. He’s always been looking opportunities to help his community. He does this daily through his real estate business. They are also an amazing sponsor of our programming! (Anyone in need of services in real estate should contact him)!

In Orlando’s past experiences he managed and operated a Martial Arts After-school program, which started his interest in Youth Development. As Orlando says, “it’s amazing to see the look in a child’s eyes when they learn something that can change their lives, and for me dancing has done this.” Through his position with The Creative Movement Company he is able to help develop the dancing skills of the children we teach and show them a new outlet for all that energy. Orlando’s adult dancing career includes being a part of many Latino Dance performances. In the words of Orlando, “Dancing, truly is my happy place, and I hope I can show you and your child how it could be yours.”

The Creative Movement Company is seeking qualified professionals to add to our team! To submit your resume and work experience please email our Director at Jennifer@CreativeMovementCo.com. We are also actively seeking for volunteers for our workshops and events.
