Zombie Prom 10/31/2022-11/6/2022 – Choreographed for musical for New Tampa Players 

Dance the Movies Camp – 6/13-17/2022 – Held at Uptown Stage at 2200 East Fowler Ave (University Mall), Tampa, FL 33612.  This community dance camp gave kids the opportunity to learn choreography from some of their favorite movies!  

Pine View Middle School Shrek Jr. Musical 4/28-30/2022 – Held at in Pasco County, students from PVMS performed Shrek Jr. the Musical, Choreography by Ms. Jennifer Rosoff.

Pine View Middle School Dance Showcase 5/13/2021 – Held at Heritage Park in Pasco County, students from PVMS performed routines in Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, African, Bollywood, Broadway, Jazz, and Hip Hop.

Amazing Arts Challenge 11/2020 – We volunteered at New Tampa Players’ Amazing Arts Challenge (similar to Amazing Race, but teams were sent out in Tampa community to perform art tasks).

Working the Musical 2/2020 – Powerstories Theatre debuted their first Broadway musical, choreography by our very own, Ms. Jennifer Rosoff. 

Pepin Academies-Pasco Veteran’s Day Program 11/11/2019-Students performed a dance routine to “Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy” to honor military and veteran guests on campus.

Pepin Academies-Pasco Spring Showcase 4/18/2019-Held at the Genesis Prep, students perform in theater skits, sing songs, and dance to a wide variety of styles for their family, friends and the community!

Pepin Academies-Pasco Musical Theatre “Holiday Road Trip” 12/6-7/2018-Held at the Richey Theater in New Port Richey, students from Musical Theatre Club performed Holiday Road Trip a musical where students sing, dance and act as they “travel” from different cities to celebrate the Christmas season and bring holiday spirit to the community!

National Dance Day Event 7/29/2017--Premier Dance Academy and The Creative Movement Company partnered to host free dance classes all day long for NATIONAL DANCE DAY! 

Jewish Community Camp Summer 2017-The Jewish Federation of Pinellas and Pasco Counties hosted an inaugural summer Jewish Community Camp for K-8, which included a wide variety of activities, dance classes with us, field trips, so much more.  

Pepin Academies-Pasco Musical Theatre Spring Show 4/28/2017-Held at the Pepin Academies Pasco location, students from Musical Theatre Club performed a compilation of singing and dancing for family, friends and the community!

“One Billion Rising Flash Mob 2/11/2016”-We supported One Billion people around the globe by rising up and dancing to end violence against women around the world! One Billion Rising is the biggest mass action to end violence against women in human history. One billion women violated is an atrocity. ONE BILLION WOMEN DANCING IS A REVOLUTION. We joined the revolution by dancing the “Break the Chain” flash mob at the Pierce Street Market!

Pepin Academies-Pasco Holiday Musical 12/16/2016-Our director has been working full time at Pepin Academies and her students performed their holiday musical: Lights, Camera, Christmas! for the local community!

Pepin Academies Gala 10/27/2016-Our director has been working full time at Pepin Academies as of August 2016 and is so proud of her students whom performed at the annual Gala to help raise money for the school in which does so much for the community!

National Dance Day Event 7/30/2016-Premier Dance Academy and The Creative Movement Company partnered to bring you this family-friendly day of dance for NATIONAL DANCE DAY! We offered FREE dance classes all day long! For those who attended we hope you enjoyed celebrating dance together!

World Rhythms…Art and Movement Camp 7/18-22/2016-This camp integrated art & dance experience. Students explored the relationship between the sound, visual art and creative movement through making their own percussive instruments and dancing to music students from around the world.

Shake It Off 6/27-7/1/2016-This fun camp provided an engaging environment for young children to become expressive and creative through movement! This dance class included a variety of upbeat music helping the kids “Shake It Off” by exploring different dance styles. They created their own dance routines and learned new ones as well!

Performance at Florida Orchestra Gala 1/30/2016-We performed at the Florida Orchestra’s Annual Fundraising Gala at the Mahaffey Theater. The shadow dancing helped bring to life the iconic moves from Puttin’ on the Ritz, That’s Life, and Cheek to Cheek to help kick off Michael Feinstein’s Concert!

Midsummer Night’s Dream at Eckerd College 11/11-14/2015-We choreographed all musical numbers for this play and had a wonderful time working with Eckerd’s students and staff.

National Dance Day Celebration 7/25/2015-We provided FREE dance classes from 9am-9pm at Premier Dance Academy!

Imagination Creations 7/13-17/15-This camp for preschool age children to create a fantastical environment where kids explored the arts and used their imagination. Morning camp included a fun fusion of music and movement with the afternoon filled with hands on art based activities with a variety of art materials. This camp provided children the chance to exercise all body parts through creative movement and dance.

Eat, Play, Learn 6/8-12/15-This club for preschool ages we read stories, created a story related art project and enjoy a story related snack.

Shake It Off 6/15-19/15-This fun camp provided an engaging environment for young children in elementary school to become expressive and creative through movement, and having fun! This dance class included a variety of upbeat music helping the kids “Shake It Off”, explored different dance styles, where kids could created their own dance routines and learned new ones as well!

Creative Movement Workshop 6/19/2015-We led a creative movement workshop at the Clearwater Aging Well Center for middle schoolers and active older seniors. This workshop was part of an intergenerational workshop program series in the summer and was the second time we have been a part of this series.

Lights on Tampa 2/20-21/2015-We helped to organize HEARD Tampa, a Nick Cave Production at Lights on Tampa as well as our own art installation SHADOW PLAYS! Thank you to all of our wonderful performers, volunteers, event attendees, Shadow Plays participants, Nick Cave and his team (Bob Faust, Will Gill, and costume assistants), and the biggest thank you of all goes to the City of Tampa for giving us the opportunity to work on a project of this magnitude!

Moving the NOW April-August 2014-Get together on the Third Sunday of each month using various art modalities and self care practices: meditation, movement, breathing, chanting, art, journaling and discussing the book “The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle.

Broadway Bound Camp 8/4-8/2014-This Broadway themed camp introduced students to age appropriate musical theater songs and dance. Campers learned songs from Annie, Newsies, Lion King, Sound of Music, and Wizard of Oz! This week long summer camp was for grades 2-4 and will return as an afterschool program at Shorecrest during the 2014-2015 school year! Check out clips from our performances: Clip 1 & Clip 2!

Creative Movement Workshop 8/8/2014-We led a creative movement workshop at the Clearwater Aging Well Center for middle schoolers and active older seniors. This workshop was part of an intergenerational workshop program series in the summer.

Summer Showcase Youth Arts Corps 8/8/2014-Skyview Location performed pieces from our first ever BROADWAY BOUND, musical theatre singing and dance class.

Youth Arts Corps Dance Class Field Trip 8/1/2014We took our dancers from Youth Arts Corps Skyview to Camp Redbird, a City of St. Petersburg summer camp for kids with disabilities to dance together!

Hip Hop Performance 8/1/2014Dancers from our Hip Hop Overlay performed a medley of Hip Hop routines for fellow campers as they wrapped up an 8 week session.

CELEBRATION OF NATIONAL DANCE DAY 7/26/2014-This was our Fourth Annual event to celebrate National Dance Day. This day included indoor classes and specialty workshops at Hip Expressions Dance Studio as well as “BEACH BOOGIE” an outdoor, family friendly event at Paradise Grill. World Rhythms: Art & Movement Camp 7/14-18/2014- This camp took place at the Morean Arts Center Summer Camp and was led by The Creative Movement Company and artist, Brenda Gregory. Students explored the relationship between the sound, visual art and creative movement. Students were be exposed to world dance, hip hop and made ocean drums, rainsticks, shakers, and tambourines. Celebrate the Arts Week 4/21-25/2014-This is an annual event hosted by Shorecrest Preparatory School to bring in professional artists of all disciplines to provide arts experiences with children in Preschool through High School. We brought Creative Movement sessions to Junior Kindergarten, Kindergarten, First Grade, and Seventh Grade! Here’s the link to the photos taken during these sessions.

Movement Workshop: Let’s Dance Around the World 3/10/2014-We led a creative movement workshop at the Clearwater Aging Well Center, geared for active older seniors to experience a multi-cultural sampling of dance, music and cultural traditions from around the world.

Dance For Queena Zumbathon 1/11/2014We were proud to support this event, our ZUMBA instructors: Jennifer and Tiffani along with several other Zumba instructors came together to help raise money for Queena. Queena is the Bloomingdale Library survivor and is an amazing young lady who is a fighter and a inspiration to us all. This event helped to raise money for Queena and her family. Voices of Strength 11/16/2013This was an annual Crisis Center event held at the Carrollwood Cultural Center. The event provided survivors of violence an opportunity to share their voice through music, dance, spoken word, and visual art. Leading up to Voices of Strength, The Creative Movement Company hosted a series of Empowerment Through Movement workshops for survivors of violence. Through these workshops survivors were able to create, share, and thrive through movement, art-making, and writing. During the event the participants from workshops performed Empower Equals Me Power: a poetry-in-Motion piece with masks made during the workshops, survivors’ original writings combined to create a unique and inspiring collaborative poem. We also coordinated the finale, “Let Your Voice Be Heard” giving survivors and the audience an opportunity to join “in the movement.”

On behalf of The Creative Movement Company, we would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our workshop participants for their courage, creativity, and love shown to one another during the workshops. Survivors, we are honored and humbled as always to be a part of your healing. We were honored to dedicate our performances to you.

Special Recognition: We also dedicated our performances at Voices of Strength to Emily List. Earlier this year, we received notice we were awarded a grant from the Emily List Fund to continue empowering violence survivors through movement. We are forever touched by the generosity of Emily’s family and especially by her mother’s heartfelt words. Emily and our Director, Jennifer have so much in common, the love of dance, both graduated from college in 2007, and both born just days apart. Tragically Emily lost her life just a few years ago to cancer. The fund was created by Emily’s family to honor her and to create a legacy that “will change the world one theater piece, one dance, one song at a time.” We are humbled to help Emily’s legacy live on and to make her and her family proud.

Folkfest St. Pete 11/2-3/2013-This was Creative Clay’s annual event, a block party with music, food, drinks, and folk art. We were involved in several capacities. Our Director, Jennifer is also a Guest Artist and Dancer-in-Residence with Creative Clay’s organization and youth from Youth Arts Corps performed our routines at the Family Area. Empowerment Through Movement Workshop Series: Adult Workshop #3 10/26/2013-This workshop took place at the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay. This series of workshops were led by The Creative Movement Company to use the art of movement to provide a creative and self-expressive outlet for survivors of abuse. The Creative Movement Company has partnered with Crisis Center of Tampa Bay and the Emily List Fund to be able to provide this program to survivors in the Tampa Bay community free of charge. Adult Workshop #3 focused on Becoming a Performer: How to work the stage.

Volunteer Management Conference 10/24/2013-We presented “Empowerment and Storytelling Through Movement” at this conference at Suncoast Hospice. This conference is hosted annually by Volunteer Director’s Association of Pinellas County.

The Art of Caregiving 10/5/2013-This workshop was held to provide a day of movement, writing, art, and relaxation for caregivers. We partnered with Suncoast Hospice and Harmony Home Heath to bring this free event to the community.

Empowerment Through Movement Workshop Series: Adult Workshop #1 8/31/2013-This workshop focused on “Art” of Dance: Movement and making masks, supported by the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay and the Emily List Fund. This workshop was the first in a series of workshops led by The Creative Movement Company to use the art of movement to provide a creative and self-expressive outlet for survivors of abuse.

Celebration of National Dance Day 7/27/2013-This celebration of National Dance Day we teamed up with Hip Expressions Dance Studio. This celebration included dance and fitness classes, a dance party in downtown St. Petersburg and wrapped the day up with a Latin Dance Social.

Premier Dance Academy Recital 6/1/2013-Our dancers from Morning Star School performed in Premier Dance Academy’s end of the year recital. We are grateful to Premier for including our dancers! Creative Movement Workshop 4/24/2013-We provided a two hour workshop from 1-3pm for active seniors at the Clearwater Aging Well Center where we led self-expressive and improvisational exercises.

Take Back the Night 4/21/2013-This event hosted by the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay helped to bring awareness of sexual violence to the community and empowers survivors. We were part of the resource fair and provided movement for children and survivors! Check out our pictures from the event.

Celebrate the Arts Week 4/15-19/2013-This is an annual event hosted by Shorecrest Preparatory School to bring in professional artists of all disciplines to provide arts experiences with children grades Pre-K through High School.

Kids Dance Workshop 3/9/2013-This workshop at Dance World provided technique training and choreography in Ballet and Jazz.

Shadow Dancer Performance 3/1/2013-Our dancers created moving silhouettes for guests at the Museum of Fine Arts opening night of the Philip Pearlstein exhibit.

Zumba Fundraiser 2/23/2013-This fundraiser at Crossover Church sought to help them raise money to finish their dance studio for the community arts center.

Student Soloist Performance at Florida State Fair Competition 2/17/2013-We are so proud of our student who won first place with her Lyrical Hip Hop routine to “Girl on Fire”.

Flash Mob 2/16/2013-We performed a flash mob at the Straz Center during a private party to surprise guests.

Dance Walk and Zumba Party 2/8/2013-Promoted the Downtown Tampa YMCA, Downtown Partnership, and Zumba by dancing throughout downtown Tampa.

Voices of Strength 1/26/2013-This event hosted by the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay provided an opportunity for survivors to be empowered through music, art, dance, and spoken word. We were honored to provide support to help survivors find their voice and to provide interactive dance at the event.

Dancing With the Winds Concert 12/7-8/2012-Amy Kerr and Jennifer Rosoff choreographed and performed in an alumni piece for The University of Tampa. The dance was performed alongside a live string orchestra.

Hope 4 Haiti 11/17/2012-This event helped to bring awareness to the quality of education in Haiti. We provided an emotional tribute performance at this fundraiser.

Creative Care Reception 11/2/2012-The Creative Care Program held a reception to educate the community on the work the program provides to local hospitals such as All Children’s Hospital. The event included presentations by artists of Creative Care and art demonstrations. If you would like to learn more about this important community program click here.

Purple Masquerade Zumba Party: Removing the Mask of Domestic Violence and Raising Community Awareness 10/27/2012-This Zumba Party to helped to bring awareness about domestic violence and raised over $1900 for the Family Justice Center of Hillsborough County. The event honored Domestic Violence Awareness Month, featured celebrity guests and over 15 Zumba instructors from all over Tampa Bay, including our very own Jennifer Rosoff and Tiffani Barner!

Dancing With Our Stars 10/20/2012-The Central Pasco Chamber of Commerce is brought together local celebrities with local dancers to benefit local arts.  Our company owner, Jennifer performed a Bachata trio with Grace Badillo, owner of Dancing With Grace and our local star: Kelly Mothershead, owner of A Focus on Fitness.

Elegant Evenings at the Fox Jazz Cafe 10/17/2012-The Fox Jazz Cafe hosted dance lessons for one hour each from 7-10pm including Salsa, Belly Dance, and Bachata from Dance World Instructors.

Folkfest St. Pete 10/6-7/2012-This event brought together art and music for the local community.  This annual event is Creative Clay, Inc.‘s annual fundraiser to support their efforts to make art accessible to hundreds of community members.

F.A.I.R. Family Abilities Information Rally 10/6/2012-A free disabilities awareness event where we provided entertainment through interactive movement to get the event started.

Photo Shoot Fundraiser 9/29/2012-This professional photo shoot in Land O’Lakes helped to raise funds for a “Dancing With Our Stars” couple and for local dance studios. We taught creative movement dance to children at the event.

Stop Child Trafficking Now Walk 9/29/2012-Stop Child Trafficking Now hosted a walk to raise awareness and funds to stop child slavery.   At the closing ceremonies we performed an emotional dance piece to help represent of the voices of victims. Dr. K’s Med Spa Benefit for Autism 9/20/2012-This benefits raised money for Autism at Push Ultra Lounge with music, raffles, and a silent auction.

Elegant Evenings at the Fox Jazz Cafe 9/19/2012-The Fox Jazz Cafe presents dance lessons for one hour each from 7-10pm. We taught an Adult Jazz Choreography, in addition Dancing With Grace taught Salsa and Bachata.  Check out our pictures from the social!

Youth Arts Corps Summer Showcase 8/16/2012-Youth Arts Corps is an arts enrichment program for the at-risk youth of the Pinellas Park area.  These 9-15 year olds performed Hip Hop routines and showcased different dances they learned from around the world.  To See the performs click here: Hip Hop Dance #1 & Hip Hop Dance #2.

Back to School Fair 8/11/2012Tampa Bay Parenting Magazing is hosted a Back to School Fair from at the Glazer Children’s Museum in downtown Tampa.  We provided entertainment through interactive dancing with the children.

Celebration of National Dance Day 7/28/2012-This event was Tampa’s second annual event to celebrate National Dance Day providing 12 hours of dance and fitness classes at Rizing Starz Dance Academy.  Celebration of National Dance Day was created as a fun event to promote health and fitness and to make dance accessible for all in the Tampa Bay community.

Survivor of Sexual Violence Mini Retreat 5/19/2012-We provided a creative movement workshop as part of the empowerment, support, and healing journey for survivors.

Take Back The Night 4/29/2012-This event hosted by the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay helped to bring awareness of sexual violence to the community and empowers survivors. We were a part of the resource fair and organized an empowerment flash mob for survivors!

United Methodist Church Conference 4/24/2012-We performed at the opening ceremony of the Church’s international conference.

Powerstories Theatre Gala 4/21/2012-We provided Shadow Theatre performing improvisational dancing and reflecting light with props during the Powerstories Theatre Gala Event.

Make-A-Wish Foundation Gala 3/24/3012-We provided a surprise dance performance to guide guests into the dinner and auction from the cocktail hour.

National Airport Conference 3/5/2012-We provided dancing entertainment and Shadowplays, an interactive portion of the event.

Florida Creativity Weekend 3/2/2012-3/4/2012-“Dancing Without Boundaries” Workshops designed for teens and the general public to explore creativity through movement.

Empowerment Through Movement Workshop 2/25/2012-Sexual violence survivors at the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay were able to use movement to relax, reconnect with their bodies, and feel empowered through movement and creativity.

Kris and Athena’s Wedding 2/9/2012-We performed a flash mob at the couple’s wedding reception following their first dance!

Creative Movement Workshop 11/4/2012-Worked with women of Tampa Crossroads Inc. from the Rose Manor halfway house to use creative movement exercises to reconnect with their bodies and to have fun and feel empowered through movement.

Girl Scouts Journey Jam 2011-We provided entertainment for Girl Scouts and their families, including interactive line dances, movement games, and music for the event.

United Way Kickoff 2011-We performed a flash mob dancing down the aisles and onto the outfield of Tropicana Field during their kickoff event.

Celebration of National Dance Day 2011-This was our first annual event to celebrate National Dance Day, bringing together the community and to promote health and well-being through dance and fitness classes.

Gasparilla International Film Festival 2011-We performed a flash mob for the closing night party goers.

Lights on Tampa 2011-We performed ShadowPlays, an interactive portion of the event for people to dance behind a lit screen to create moving silouhettes as well as flash mob performance for the crowd to enjoy!
